Returns and Refunds
Due to the Cosmetic Nature of the product itself, All Sales are final . Refunds cannot be processed once an order is placed.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We can help you resolve any issues with orders that were fulfilled and delivered to you. If you are having an issue and would like our assistance please contact our Customer Support Team here. We accept returns for exchange only if the incorrect item was shipped or item damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, we require proof of purchase, and you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product, to alert us of the damage and then return the damaged item to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Please be advised that Neu Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Customers must make sure everything on order is correct before finalizing the order.
